    The region of the Thracian valley is recognized as the most popular wine production area in Bulgaria, which is due to the soil, weather conditions and the really ancient tradition winemaking and wine culture, dating back to Roman and Greek antiquity.

    This family-run company, which owners are in the winemaking business from the early 90s of the last century, privatized the existing since 1936 wine cellar, and managed to develop high-quality wines and side products, based on raw-material that is cultivated in its own vineyards. This resulted into well-recognized wines and grape brandies, becoming popular within Bulgaria and also commercializing them on international markets, in particular Russia and Ukraine.

    This is a boutique wine cellar, producing limited series for connoisseurs and collectors, but also having a line for mass production. According to the local winemaking traditions, the production takes place only in wooden vessels. The barrels for fermentation have a volume of 1,400 to 25,000 liters. The oak casks have a volume of 250 to 5180 liters. The total capacity of the winery is 480 tons per year.

    The company strives to maintain high quality of their products, employing qualified oenologists, developing and improving the grape varieties and wine with their precise and long-lasting efforts. The families of wine they produce include traditional varieties, such as Mavrud, but also the well-known Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Misket (Muscadine), Chardonnay, Traminer (Gewürztraminer).
