    The Italian company was set up in 2003 thanks to the passion for coffee of the 2 owners. Since then, it has been specializing in the manufacturing of roasted coffee, following the artisan method, eco-friendly practices and an accurate selection of raw materials, coming from different parts of the world, such as South America, Asia and Africa (full description in the advantages and innovations section).
    Company's products range includes coffee in beans and ground coffee, currently distributed mainly at national level to hotels and restaurants sector and small scale retailers. More recently, coffee in pods have been added to production, in order to meet the fast growing consumer demand. The company is also able to realize a particular kind of product which combines ginseng and coffee, available for consumers in packages of 30 monodoses.
    Moreover, the company has recently completed an important transformation plan which has doubled the manufacturing facilities and the surface, to keep up with increasing production volumes. The company is now willing to approach new markets with a view to establishing durable partnerships through distribution agreements with partners from the EU, Middle East and North Africa (see selection of target countries listed below), with particular interest in the Ho.Re.Ca sector.     Main distinguishing features:
    - Artisan method: raw coffee beans are hand selected and hand roasted, at temperatures ranging from 180° to 200° for a length of time between 18 (minimum) and 22 minutes (maximum), constantly kept under critical threshold. The coffee beans then gently fall into the cooling area, where air is let in from underneath. After cooling down gradually, the beans are kept into silos for about 48 hours, until they reach the perfect degree of aroma and consistency. Coffee is thus packed and left resting for about a month before being delivered, allowing it to adjust and finish its settling down phase.
    - Raw materials selection: only coffee coming from specific certified Arabica and Robusta plantations (e.g. Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, UTZ) in Brazil and, in smaller quantities, India and Ethiopia are selected for supply, according to the company's commitment for quality, as well as for fair trade and sustainable agriculture.
    - Eco friendly and "circular" practices: no waste is left over from the raw material; during the roasting process, the transparent skin of the coffee bean sheds naturally. The roaster separates the skins, which are then collected to avoid being mixed in with the roasted coffee beans. This waste being high in mineral salt, it is reused by farmers and horticulturists as an excellent fertilizer for plants and flowers. Finally, as regards packaging, it is made up of 100% recyclable triple aluminium protection.
